COVID-19 keeping you safe

The safety of our guests and staff is our priority here at Dolbryn, so we have implemented the following measures to help keep us all safe.

  • Operating the site at reduced capacity to help avoid overcrowding or large queues for the facilities.

  • Increased cleaning of the areas that guests use.

  • Hand sanitiser available in all the above areas, and at points throughout the site.

  • A staff member (Sioned) with understanding and more detailed knowledge of COVID-19 regulations and guidance.

  • All staff members instructed and trained in COVID-19 cleaning protocols and site procedures.

  • Guests and staff asked to wear facemasks in the indoor communal areas.

  • Written procedures in place for suspected or confirmed COVID-19 incidence on site.

  • Adequate signage around the site and in communal areas to remind guests of requirements and rules.

  • New procedures in place for check-in, to include contactless check-in outside.

  • Ability to take contactless payments in reception/shop (up to £45)

  • Each person in the booking/unit should be resident in the same address usually (with the exception of social "bubbles"). No group bookings at this time.

  • For 21 days after departure, we will keep data such as a contact name, address, telephone number and arrival date for each guest, and if required, these will be passed to the NHS Wales Test, Trace and Protect Service (more information here)

  • Communication with guests about the facilities available, and any change in regulations.

  • Communication with the local community about our procedures and protocols.

If you have any comments or feedback about any of the above measures or procedures then please let us know. Thank you.
